Pregame Marketing LLC is the leading provider of consumer and business data and email information products and services, database marketing services, data processing services and sales and email marketing solutions.  Email content is an essential ingredient of every marketing program and Pregame Marketing LLC has the most comprehensive email information in the industry.  Pregame Marketing LLC recognizes the privacy interests of our customers and has implemented comprehensive and formal data protection policies that balance privacy expectations and concerns with the legitimate business needs of our customers.  Our Privacy Policy is our way of ensuring the safety, protection and confidentiality of our data and our client’s data.  We respect our client’s right to protect the privacy and confidentiality of their customers. We want to make sure that it is understood the type of information we collect from trusted 3rd parties, how it is used and the safeguards that we have in place in order to protect it.  This Privacy Policy explains our policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure and protection of our information and our client’s customer information.

Data Compilation
Pregame Marketing LLC works with many carefully-screened and trusted 3rd party opt-in online partners. The information compiled by Pregame Marketing LLC has been opted in by the recipient to receive 3rd party marketing communications and we take great care through specific quality control procedures to verify and maintain the accuracy of the information. The information we compile is used to process our client’s requests and transactions, to provide them with high quality email information, service and results.  We require our online partners to certify that the data represents permissible email data. If we become aware that the data is not in compliance we will terminate our relationship with that company immediately.

Security
Pregame Marketing LLC NEVER requires our clients to send us personally identifiable information to perform our services.  Nevertheless, Pregame Marketing LLC is committed to maintaining the security of information under our control. To try to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure correct use of information, we have put in place industry-standard physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we use. 

Pregame Marketing LLC maintain a comprehensive information security program that is consistent with industry standards, that reflects the type of Pregame Marketing LLC’s business as well as the volume and nature of data, and that contains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to ensure the security and confidentiality of our client’s Confidential Information.

Pregame Marketing LLC will not transmit or sell the compiled information to third parties without obtaining a written or electronic agreement that defines the rights and responsibilities with respect to the data. Further, Pregame Marketing LLC will review our customer's use of the data to ensure sensitive data is being handled in accordance with required protections, and that this information is not used for deceptive, misleading, distasteful, or suspicious purposes.

All employees and partners are required to comply with security policies and procedures as a term of their relationship.  All data we store and use is located on a secure server located behind a firewall and is not directly connected to the Internet.

Compliance
Pregame Marketing LLC complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, regulations and other requirements of public authorities, including but not limited to the Massachusetts Data Security Regulations, 201 C.M.R. 17.00 et seq., and similar state and federal privacy laws concerning data privacy, as well as best practices and procedures and guidelines established by industry groups, including the Direct Marketing Association (DMA).  Pregame Marketing LLC maintains agreements with its customers containing strict controls on the data as required by the applicable laws and industry standards.

Individuals Can Control the Use of Their Information
At any time, you as the recipient of an email we deploy has the right to choose and indicate that you do not want to receive promotional email offers from any of our partners, clients or Pregame Marketing LLC. You can do this by notifying our partner, our client or Pregame Marketing LLC via return email, or via the USPS stating that you wish not to receive such information in the future from our partner, client or Pregame Marketing LLC.

General
Pregame Marketing LLC is a business-to-business company and whether for us or for our clients will not knowingly collect, store or use email information of children younger than 13.

Changes
Pregame Marketing LLC reserves the right to change this privacy statement at anytime. This privacy statement and the policies outlined herein are not intended to and do not create any contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any other person or entity.
